Have you tried running the msaccess. To try that, use Windows File Explorer to navigate to the msaccess. This will run a wizard that may help you to configure settings that may work. As I stated previously Windows support and Office support was no help. They even did the remote access to my computer to check things. I may just have to go back to Windows 7.

All other MS Office Professional programs work properly. I even had MS tech support try to fix the problem to no avail.
