You can of course see each resource’s work calendar by selecting Resource Information for each resource and then hit the Change Working TIme button.

You could also collapse the Resource Usage view to show only resources i. However, this request sounds very similar to a Gantt type display I created for leave times for a work crew several years ago. A VBA macro was used to create a “task” line for each resource and the Gantt Bars were the leave times for that resource. In my case the leave data was imported from a database but it could also be pulled from the resource working time calendars of any Project file.
